About Brooke Vanderford

Brooke Vanderford is a retired Federal Law Enforcement Officer with a background rooted in service, integrity, and dedication. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Mississippi College with a Master’s Degree in Administration of Justice and double minors in Psychology and Counseling. Her experience has strengthened the communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills she brings to every real estate transaction.

Brooke is hardworking, loyal, and committed to putting her clients’ needs first. She listens carefully, understands her clients’ goals, and works diligently to help them achieve the best possible outcome. Her background has taught her the importance of trust, confidentiality, attention to detail, and protecting the best interests of those she serves.

A lifelong resident of Rankin County, Brooke is proud to call Mississippi home. She lives in the community with her husband and their four children and has a deep understanding of the area and its residents.

Brooke has been active in real estate for nearly four years and has more than two years of experience in property management. She currently manages more than 150 properties, working closely with hundreds of tenants, property owners, maintenance professionals, and vendors. This hands-on experience has given her an in-depth understanding of both the residential real estate market and the day-to-day realities of owning and managing investment properties.

Brooke also works with more than 120 real estate investors, many of whom are located out of state. Her experience managing investment properties and working directly with investors makes her a valuable resource for clients interested in purchasing, managing, or growing an investment property portfolio in Mississippi.
